SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons can extend them.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email kaldelasupport@gmail.com and we will investigate.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are your responsibility. We cannot mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value.
Incorrect addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email kaldelasupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Undeliverable and refused packages
Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable are refunded minus original shipping costs once they reach us.
